Nurtured Prenatal* (only after 12 weeks)
Prenatal massages are a great way to relax, reduce stress and tension and is good for overall health. This gentle massage works on all the areas affected by the changing pregnant body. Special attention and focus is given to areas that are in need of extra attention. Prenatal massage reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension-which aids in better sleep-and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes. Massages can start after 12 weeks gestation an continue on all the way up to delivery. I recommend in the second trimester one massage every 3-4 weeks and in the last trimester one every 2-3 weeks, to help reduce stress and maintain relaxation.
*Note- This is NOT and WILL NOT be a deep tissue massage, for the safety of mother and baby, and the massage is only done after 12 weeks gestation.

This gentle but slightly firm body massage is meant to be relaxing and melt the day away. This traditional light to medium pressure massage will improve circulation, improve flexibility, relieve tension and eliminate muscle fatigue.
This moderately to very firm massage is meant to focus on areas of chronic muscle tension located in the deep muscle layers, tendons and fascia. By using slow, elongated stokes concentrated on areas of severe tension your pain is melted away.
